CANCELLATION POLICY
Your Appointment time at The Cheyelash Lounge is reserved especially for you and I do my best to be mindful of your time and mine. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I have implemented the following policies and I appreciate your understanding! Booking Appointments A card on file is required to book an appointment. A 20% deposit is required upon booking services for all new and existing clients. This will be deducted from your appointment total upon arrival. For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete all required forms and waivers. For future appointments, arrive at least 5 minutes early. For safety reasons, children are not allowed during your appointment. If appointment has to be rescheduled due to findings in consultation, any deposits paid will be refunded 100%. Late Arrival / No Show If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a "no show" and your appointment will be cancelled. I understand things happen, but I have to respect my other clients as well as my own time. You will need to reschedule your appointment and your entire deposit will be forfeited. Clients with a No Show will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future appointments. After 3 No Shows, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with The Cheyelash Lounge. Cancellations Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to give me an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: 100% of deposit will be refunded Cancellations within 48 hours or No Shows: Full deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Additionally, a 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings. THE CHEYELASH LOUNGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
